Arrived to room 204, which was dark with no balcony or view whatsoever, it was challenge to even see the sky. Guests with foreign license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. We were only staying for 3 nights so not wanting to waste any more time we agreed to stay in the "superior" room.
