On the other hand, if the above service had not been experienced, then I would have rated it a 5 because of one individual. It features 3 restaurants and a 24-hour gym. Overall when I'm back in Frankfurt, this is where I'm going to stay.Used this hotel for a business meeting and snack lunch. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and have spent over 20 years evaluating it. At check in, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Please accept my sincerest apologies that we were not able to fulfill your expectations during your visit regarding the Food and Beverage offerings. Plenty to see and do within easy walking distance. There is a sushi and western bar/Restaurant downstairs by the way.

Personalized services. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, restaurant and bar. He asked qualifying questions, and he LISTENED to the answers. Our non-smoking hotel offers 13 meeting rooms for up to 500 guests, plus the Westin Executive Club Lounge. The trade fairgrounds, Zeil Shopping street, the Roemer and the Museum Embankment can be reached in minutes by car or on foot.

You can choose between regional and traditional Japanese cuisine, a drink or a snack. Meanwhile, rest assured that we are doing all possible to ensure that your next stay convinces you of The Westin Grand Frankfurt. Seating and wifi was good, service was Ok and snack/coffee / lunch menu could have been better Café latte not very good, club sandwich too much bread and not enough filling, and wifi codes required to access the hotel wifi.

They also had a fruit platter available and prestige Jams.
