The service in general is very sweet, but for people who love the sea, it will not be suitable for them But for the rest of the services, from reception, rooms, food, and staff are all very respectful and helpfulAvoid some of the male staff are always hassle females and making advances including my 13 year old daughter will not go to Egypt again ever they have no morals and they tried to make advances to my 13 year old daughter which she has only just told us about now lucky she did not tell us thenThe hotel is ok, with large loby and many places for drink or rest, large gardens and pools, but the sunbeds and towels was very used, pools fixed whith cement in the midle of the day among the turists. 90% of staff was very unfriendly. The room was nice with a free safe and soft drinks provided in the small fridge, we had a 4 poster bed which was really comfortable.
