everything was excellent, room,food ,staff,location,beach ,swimming pools .......we really enjoyed our stay............. I went to the front desk where they said they knew I was coming, and although the wristband thing was now alright, they were upset there was a child in the adults only section (we were confronted in the main pool where children are allowed).

Not once did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. They loved singing with Calù. The pools are very nice and the food was great.
