Our question to you is this; based on the above, where do you suggest we have been guilty of 'penny pinching'? This hotel by the beach has a catalogue of facilities to its name, with six restaurants, five bars and four pools. Everything from the airport to the shops in the hotel and around the turkey area use euros Overall we had a fantastic holiday as always in Turkey! The indoor pool is a winter concept hence, it is closed during the summer season. The amount of hand sanitizers around the hotel was excellent! Not all food for our tastebuds but it was amazing! We sincerely hope you enjoyed a pleasant return flight back to the UK, and more importantly, you are all keeping well and safe. - Being served food means we see less waste (lots of people normally load up plates and leave the food) - nice clean beach - good WiFi You can still come to this hotel and have a nice time but it is 1) not as good as other hotels for the same price and 2) been impacted by Covid (as will other hotels) which means it’s a basic pool area with bar and buffet. Staff again brilliant and very friendly Pasta bar - lovely food Tai restaurant- NOT OPEN (wasn’t told it wouldn’t be available) Fish & BBQ - not open (again wasn’t told before booking it wasn’t available) Kids club closed (understandable under covid) Reception - personally found them I bit slow, went one day to exchange money and they didn’t have enough money there!! It is true to say that certain facilities have been withdrawn due to the logistic challenges in maintaining safe social distancing.

FYI - the hotels are randomly audited by the the Ministry of Health,Tourism and Culture, and should any hotel flout the rules, then they run the risk of being closed down by the aforementioned Ministries. We applaud you for highlighting the safe social distancing measures we have had to implement throughout our hotel due the continuing Covid-19 pandemic. We believe the hotel is running at 60% occupancy and so there are cost saving measures in place and it’s easy to simply blame Covid. Italian - wow! We broadcast Premiership games in all the bars and rooms, however, the Champions League games are available on a pay for view channel which is not available in our hotel. When the dust eventually settles, and we come out of the other side in a better place, we look forward to the immense pleasure in warmly welcoming your wonderful family back to your second home, with open arms.
